What owners tell us they value most
Structured Like a Stock Sheet
Numbers are presented in a tidy shelf layout — income on one side, outgoings on the other. Owners find it easier to spot what matters.
Small Group Learning
Sessions are kept small so facilitators can work through real examples with each owner. No large lecture halls — just practical, hands-on sessions.
Take-Away Templates
Every programme includes ready-to-use templates — stock sheets, monthly review cards, and record-keeping guides that work for real businesses.
Plain Language, No Jargon
Facilitators use everyday trading language. Terms are explained in context using examples drawn from shops, stalls, and small service businesses across Malaysia.
Central Kuala Lumpur Location
Sessions are held at KL Sentral — accessible by LRT, KTM, and MRT. No difficult commute on a learning day.
Scheduled Around Work
Morning and weekend session options mean owners do not have to close their business to attend. The timetable is built with working hours in mind.

Questions owners often ask us
Do I need any prior accounting knowledge to join?
No prior knowledge is needed for any of our programmes. The workshop and the Bookkeeping Basics Programme both start from the very beginning. The Finance Foundations Course builds progressively, so owners with no formal background complete it comfortably.
Are the programmes conducted in Bahasa Malaysia or English?
Sessions are primarily delivered in English, with facilitators comfortable switching to Bahasa Malaysia where it helps. Written materials are in English. We aim to keep the language simple and practical throughout.
How is the workshop different from the six-week programme?
The Numbers Workshop is a single half-day covering the basics of reading income and outgoings. It suits owners who want a quick, clear orientation. The Bookkeeping Basics Programme goes further — six weekly sessions covering record-keeping habits, monthly review routines, and a fuller look at common business products.
What does the Finance Foundations Course cover beyond the six-week programme?
The Foundations Course runs for three months and adds cash-flow planning alongside a broader look at common small business financial products. It also includes facilitated clinics and ongoing access to course materials, plus the small-business finance toolkit.
Where exactly are the sessions held?
All sessions take place at Level 6, Plaza Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, KL Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur. The building is directly connected to KL Sentral station, which is served by LRT Kelana Jaya, KTM Komuter, KLIA Ekspres, and the Rapid KL bus hub.
Can I pay in instalments?
We are happy to discuss payment arrangements for the longer programmes. Please contact us directly and we will work through the options together. Our aim is for cost not to be a barrier for owners who are serious about building their financial understanding.
What if I miss a session in the multi-week programmes?
We understand that running a business means life sometimes gets in the way. Participants in the Bookkeeping Basics Programme and the Finance Foundations Course receive access to session notes and templates. For the Foundations Course, there are also scheduled review clinics to help with catch-up.
